Sky Scout Drones is licensed through the FAA Part 107 as a Remote Pilot (Commercial Drone Operator) and we are fully insured for flight operations. Sky Scout Drones is also OSHA 10 certified. Your Chief Pilot, Dan, turned his passion and dreams into reality when he started Sky Scout Drones!

Dan is an FAA Private Pilot, FAA Airframe and Power Plant Technician and he recently added the FAA Remote Pilot, (Commercial Drone) certification to his rating. Dan spent 20 years in the US Air Force and loves anything aviation! That passion means our hangar is getting crowded!
